Context
The team works with property data from an external service and needs to manage it in WordPress.
The problem
Looking up, reviewing and importing information in separate places adds manual work to the publishing process.
My contribution
I designed the lookup and import workflow, REST integration, data normalization and administrative interface.
The solution
A WordPress workspace for querying the external source, reviewing data and importing it into the catalog.
Technical decisions
- Keep lookup and review in the same environment the team uses to publish.
- Normalize incoming data to match the content model before import.
- Separate the public demonstration from the private source and credentials.
Challenges and constraints
- The client, source platform and real data remain private.
- The public interface is a reconstruction, not a production screenshot.
Outcome and evidence
The integration is in use. Its workflow brings lookup, validation and import into WordPress; no undocumented impact metrics are presented.
This case describes the documented scope of the work. The diagram illustrates the process, not measured results or client data.
